Took the oath of Ann Clayton (formerly Ray) as Executor for the probate of the will of Samuel Clayton
"This will was proved at Finningham on the 31st October 1794 before the Reverend John Eade Clk the Surrogate duly appointed of the Worshipful George Landby D.D, Official Principle etc and was approved etc and administration of all & singular of the goods etc of the within named Samuel Clayton the Testator deceased was then duly granted to Ann Clayton widow his relict the only surviving Executor within named She being duly sworn etc saving etc
