Thomas Fuller, Orton Lucas, Esq., of Suffolk-street, Pall-mall, son of the Rev.  Gibson Lucas, of Filby-house, Norfolk, to Mary Rachel, only daughter of the late William Orton Salmon, Esq., of the Bengal Civil Service and President of the Board of Revenue for the Central Provinces of British India."
