Which Business being ended, the court of Directors propose to offer to the General Court the Confirmation, according to the 37th Bye-Law, of the Allowance of 3000 l. a Year to John Day, Esq; Advocate-General for the Company in Bengal, recommended by the Court of Directors, and approved by the General Court held on the 10th Instant."
