Probate in Prerogative Court of Canterbury.2 Sidebar entry in the Probate Record :- "On the twenty first day of June one thousand seven hundred and thirty-three (illeg) the Will annexed of the Goods Chattels and Credits of Isaac Elton late of the city of Bristol deceased was granted and commutted to Thomas Taylor sole Executor and Universal Legatee named in the Will of Abraham Elton Esq (illeg) whilst living the Son and Surviving Executor and Surviving Residuary Legatee named in the said Will of the said Isaac Elton deceased he being first sworn duly to administer the Probate of the said will of the said Isaac Elton deceased granted November 1714 to Abraham Eton the elder Jacob Elton Peter Day Lewis Cassamajor and John Thomas five of the Executors in Trust and Testamentory Guardians being ceased and expired by reason of the said Abraham Elton now deceased whilst living the son and surviving Executor and surviving residual legatee as aforesaid of the said Isaac Elton having before his death obtained the age of 21 years"
