Partnership.2 Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting and carried on between us the undersigned. George Wood Bayldon and James Bayldon, carrying on business as Common Brewers, at Calder Grove, near Wakefield, in the county of York, under the style or firm of G. W. and J. Bayldon, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing by and due to the said partnership will be paid and received by the said George Wood Bayldon, by whom the said business will be carried on. - As witness our hands this 13th day of March, 1855 |
