"Sept. 16, 1939, of heart failure, following an operation, CHARLES DEESA SWINHOE, late Deputy Chief Engineer, G.I.P.Ry., son of the late Col. Charles Swinhoe, of The Bombay Staff Corps, and beloved husband of May Swinhoe of McIkledale, King's Drive, Eastbourne, aged 65 tears, Funeral service at St. Elizabeth's Church, to-morrow (Wednesday) 2.30 p.m. Cremation private."
