1) The Last Will and Testament of
2) Samuel Ray Spirit Merchant of the parish of Worlingworth in the County
3) of Suffolk made and signed this twenty seventh day of December one thousand
4) eight hundred & thirty four first I wish my Executors and Executrix hereinafter
5) named do dispose of all my household furniture linen & goods of every description
6) within 12 months after my decease to cover all my book debts & monies to
7) pay all my just debts funeral expenses and probate of this my Will and
8) dispose of what may arise therefrom as follows I give to Phyllis my beloved
9) wife fourteen hundred pounds for her sole use and benefit which with the 600l
10) in Mr. ? Hanfords hands the amount of her marriage bond makes 2000l
11) The Residue of my property I give to my children to be equally divided
12) amongst them share and share alike each share to be payed out at interest
13) in legal security & (?) principal to be paid to each as they arrive at the age of
13) twenty one the interest to be paid half yearly & to go towards their maintenance
14) & education and I do appoint my brother William Ray of Tannington my son

5) son the other Exec when he shall attain the age of twenty one years and apply
6) for the same
