Wrote will.5 1) This is the last Will and Testament 2) of me Mary Tomson the elder of Ramsgate in the Isle of Thanet in the county of 3) Kent spinster first I give and bequeath unto my sister Catherine Tomson as an 4) acknowledgement of her kind attention to me in my infirm situation the sum of 5) fifty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid unto her by me Exec 6) hereinafter named within six months after my decease and as to all and 7) singular my Messuages lands tenements and herediments and shares of 8) Messuages Lands tenements and herediments and all my real estate whatsoever 9) either in possession revision remainder or (?) and also all and singular 10) my money effects and personal estate which I may be possessed of or am in any 11) (?) entitled to dispose of subject to the payment of my debts the said legacy of 12) fifty pounds and my funeral expenses I give devise and bequeath the same and 13) every part thereof unto and to the use benefit and (?) of my brother & sisters 14) Richard Tomson, Dorothy Tomson Sarah Curling the wife of George Hooper 15) the said Catherine Tomson and Ann Simpson the wife of James Cooper equally 16) to be divided between them share and share alike and to their several and 17) respective heirs Executors Admons and assignees for ever and I nominate and 18) appoint my said brother Richard Tomson and my said sister Catherine Tomson 19) Exors of this my last will and testament and hereby revoking all former 20) wills by me made I publish and declare this only to be my last will and testament 21) (?) And likewise the remains of Mary, wife of the above Richard Tomson, who died the 3rd October 1808 in the 74th year of her age Also of Mary, daughter of the above Richard and Mary Tomson, who died 17th December 1828 aged 60 years."
