Signature on Will attested to in Prerogative Court of Canterbury.2 1) Appeared personally Sarah Burke of No 2) 11 Hans Place Sloane Street in the County of Middlesex Spinster and 3) made oath that she is one of the attesting witnesses to the last Will 4) and Testament of Ann Farley late of Mortlake in the County of 5) Surrey Widow deceased bearing date the eighth day of January one 6) thousand eight hundred and thirty nine and now hereunto annex- 7) ed and she further made oath that on the eighth day of January 8) one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine aforesaid the said Tes- 9) tatrix duly executed the said Will by signing her name at the foot 10) and thereof in the present of this deponent and of Sarah Lancaster 11) (wife of William Lancaster) the attesting witness hereto who were 12) (???) together present at the same time with the said Testatrix and 13) subscribed the said Will in the presence of the said Testatrix = Sarah Burke 14) On the 30th day of December 1846 the said Sarah Burke was duly 15) sworn to the truth of this Affidavit before me John Dawbony (???) 16) (???)
