These are to Certify That David Hennell son of Robert Hennell and Susanna his Wife, who was Daughter of Jonathan Jee was Born in Little Britain in the Parish of St Botolph, in the City of London this eighteenth Day of May in the Year 1767 at whose Birth we were present.
