Make a Grave on or before next Fifth Day, in Friends Burying-Ground, at or near Bunhill Fields, and there in lay the Body of Joseph Yates of Newington in Middlesex in the Parish of St Mary Newington so called a Member of Grace Church Street Monthly Meeting, aged about sixty two years who died the 21st Day of the 2nd month called February One thousand Seven Hundred and seventy seven of Convulsions according to the Report of Two Neighbors who viewed the said body.
