"This is to certify and declare, that
John Thomas the son
of Thomas Powell
of Warminster in the county
of Wiltshire
and Rebecca Powell his wife (who was
the daughter of David Cooper Esq.
of Hammersmith in the county
of Middlesex, Silk Mercer) was born at the house
of the said Thomas Powell
in Church Street in Warminster
in the county of Wiltshire
on the eighth day of October 1822.
