Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting and carried on between us the undersigned. George Wood Bayldon and James Bayldon, carrying on business as Common Brewers, at Calder Grove, near Wakefield, in the county of York, under the style or firm of G. W. and J. Bayldon, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing by and due to the said partnership will be paid and received by the said George Wood Bayldon, by whom the said business will be carried on. - As witness our hands this 13th day of March, 1855

In the Matter of Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by George Wood Bayldon and James Bayldon, of Carrington Bridge Mills, Nottingham, Yarn Spinners, Hosiers, and Waste Dealers, also carrying on business at Calder Grove, near Wakefield, in the county of York, as Paper Makers and Rag Merchants.
The creditors of the above-named George Wood Bayldon and James Bayldon who have not already proved their debts, are required on or before the 7th day of June, 1871, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, to me the undersigned, Gentleman, the Trustee under the liquidation, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of the Dividend proposed to be declared. - Dated this 25th day of May, 1871.
