Vicar at the funeral in Falmouth Cemetery.7

Of Lilian Granger née Payn

From the Times :-
The funeral of Mrs. Granger, wife of his Honour Judge Granger, of the County Court, and daughter of the late Mr. James Payn, took place on Saturday at Falmouth Cemetery. The ceremony was very simple. Canon Christopherson, rector of Falmouth, officiated and the chief mourners were Judge Granger, Mr. Neville Payn, Captain Halford Thompson and Mr. G. E. Buckle. Instead of being placed on the grave the wreaths were, in accordance with the wish of Mrs. Granger, sent to the Falmouth Hospital and the Truro Infirmary. A large number of friends of Judge and Mrs. Granger accompanied the procession or were present at the cemetery.
