"This is the last Will and Testament of me Katherine Ray Smee of Twilight Bedwardine Road Upper Norwood in the County of Surrey Widow
1. I appoint my cousin Frederic Ray Eaton of Cleveland House Eaton Norwich (hereinafter called my Trustee) to be the Executor and Trustee of this my Will.
2. I give and bequeath to my cousin John Peirson eldest son of my cousin Emma Peirson late of Framlingham Suffolk or in the event of the said John Peirson not being alive at the time of my death then to the eldest son living at my death of the said John Peirson my Fathers Portrait my Grandmothers portrait the watch and chain that belonged to my Uncle Samuel Barker the letter from Lord Nelson to my Grandfather Samuel Barker the Scrap book containing autographs of the Duke of Wellington and others
3. I give and bequeath to my Cousin Mrs. Mary Eaton of Cleveland House Eaton Norwich the gold chain which belonged to my late sister Georgiana Barker and my silver tea service  consisting of Teapot Coffee pot Sugar basin and Cream jug
4. I give and bequeath to my cousin Florence Mary Eaton of Cleveland House Eaton Norwich one of my engravings of the portrait of "Mrs Barker"
5. I give and bequeath to the said Frederick Ray Eaton the two pictures of dogs and the picture of the old Rectory at Stoke Newington painted by his Father George Clayton Eaton and also  the glass from which Queen Anne drank which belonged to his grandfather William Ray of Tannington and the chiming Clock which now stands in the Hall

"1. I hereby revoke the bequest given by my said will to my cousin John Peirson or his son
2. I hereby give and bequeath to the Mayor Aldermen and Burgesses of the Town of Great Yarmouth in the county of Norfolk the letter dated Nov. 11th 1801 written by the great Lord Nelson to my Grandfather Samuel Barker after the said Lord Nelson had stayed with him at Great Yarmouth afore said as I feel the said letter for its local and National interest should be preserved for further generations and the Barker family were for so many years connected with the Town
