"Saturday was married, Walbrook Church, Mr. Ewer, attorney, in Southwark, to Miss Cooper, of Exeter"

Wrote will.1

"I James Ewer of Mark Lane London do by this my last will and testement give devise and bequest unto my dear and loving wife Ann Ewer all and singular my real and personal estate of what nature of kind so ever the same may be or consist and whereof I shall die seized or professed interest in or intitled unto to hold to her the said Ann Ewer the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said Ann Ewer her heirs executors and administrators and assignees for ever and I do hereby revoke all former wills or testement by me made and do constitute the said Ann Ewer sole executor hereof in witness whereof I have herein to set my hand and seal this 25th day of July 1769 ... ..."
