As many Gentlemen observing the Advertisement in the publick Papers, have been induced to think that BARRETT MARCH has declined the Business of this Inn, he thinks it his Duty to inform the Nobility, Gentry, and his Friends in general, that he now carries on the Business of the said Inn in all its Branches, and begs Leave to solicit the Continuance of their Favours, which he will make It his constant Endeavour to merit."

"HENLEY MARKET
WHEREAS his Majesty had been pleased to order a General Thanksgiving to Almighty God to be observed on Thursday the 5th day of Dec. next, for the blessings bestowed on is Majesty's Arms in the late Signal and important Victory obtained by his Fleet, under the Command of the late Admiral Lord Viscount Nelson, over the Combined Fleets of France and Spain, This is to give Notice, to all Persons frequenting or having Business at Henley Market, that the Market in that Week will by Order of Barrett March, Esq. the Mayor, be held on Wednesday the Fourth, instead of Thursday the Fifth of December.

Appeared personally Barrett March Esquire and made Oath that he is of the Parish of Remenham in the County of Berks a Bachelor aged twenty five years and upwards and intendeth to marry with Christian Love of the Parish of Wargrave in the same county a Widow and that he knoweth of no lawful Impediment, by reason of any Pre-Contract, Consanguinity, Affinity, or any other lawful Means whatsoever, to hinder the said intended Marriage, and prayed a Licence to solemnize the same in the Parish Church of Wargrave aforesaid and further made Oath, that the usual Place of Abode of her the said Christian Love Widow had been in the said Parish of Wargrave for the space of Four Weeks last past.
